The book was edited by Prof. K.Gopalakrishnan after years of research and published by Vallathol Vidyapeetham, Edappal in 1988.  A second edition was brought out by Edasseri Publications in 1996.  The photos are taken at the release function of the second edition, held in Ernakulam, on 22nd October, 1996.
